Refund policy

After 48 hours from delivery, we do not accept any return, exchange, or refund requests.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim any return, exchange, refund, damage, or defective product issue, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.
The unboxing video must:

Clearly show the product condition after opening
Without a valid unboxing video, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
Returns are accepted only if:

The wrong or incorrect product is delivered
After verification of the provided video proof, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Custom-designed or personalized products

Minor surface imperfections common in 3D printing

Small layer lines, texture marks, or minor finishing differences

Color variations caused by lighting, screen settings, or filament differences

Change of mind after purchase

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that the actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
6. Replacement Process
If a replacement is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product after completing verification and quality checks.
Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization, and production time.
