Customers are responsible for providing correct names, designs, colors, details, spellings, and customization instructions before placing the order.

Once production has started, custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error and valid proof is provided as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, courier details, tracking, delivery delays, and related conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Standard delivery time across India is usually 7–10 business days after dispatch, but delivery time may vary depending on location, courier partner, public holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, delays, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 2 days / 48 hours of receiving the product.

A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory for any return, replacement, refund, damage, or defective product claim.

Without valid unboxing video proof, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.

11. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom-designed or personalized products
Made-to-order products without defects
Products with minor 3D printing surface imperfections
Products with small layer lines or texture marks
Products with color variation due to lighting, screen settings, or filament differences
Products damaged by customer misuse, mishandling, or force
Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
Products returned due to change of mind

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing correct personal and delivery information
Checking product details before placing an order

Recording a proper unboxing video at the time of delivery
