Since our products are 3D printed and made-to-order, preparation time may vary depending on the product type, customization, and current order volume.
2. Shipping Time
Standard delivery time across India is usually 3 – 7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and other external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the tracking details provided.
5. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
However, we will try our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address while placing the order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipment
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy. A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related claim.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner, but the final resolution will depend on the courier company’s investigation and policies.
